摘要
针对设计行业部分人士对《低压配电设计规范》(GB 50054-95)中第4.3.5条和第4.5.6条理解上的分歧,提出了笔者基于阅读相关规范、《工程建设标准强制性条文(房屋建筑部分)实施导则》、电气行业老专家的著作以及其他文献,和对于一些情况的具体分析而得出的理解。同时笔者认为,规范条文都是有其实施条件的,如果不管是否具备条件,都简单地用条文来套,是不符合实事求是的科学精神的。
Aimed at the discrepancies among some people in design trade in comprehension of Article 4. 3. 5 and 4. 5.6 of Code for Design of Low-voltage Electrial Installations （ GB 50054-95） , the author puts forward his understanding obtained on the basis of the reading of related codes, The Compulsory Provisions of Engineering Construction Standards （Building） Guide for Implementation, works of veteran exports in electrical industry, other literatures and the analysis on particular cases. Meanwhile the author believes that, the articles of the codes all have their, specific application conditions, if we use the articles mechanically in disregard of their specific application conditions, it will not comply with the scientific spirit of seeking truth from facts.
