新辅助化疗联合手术治疗Ⅱ_B期宫颈癌的效果 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨新辅助化疗联合手术治疗ⅡB期宫颈癌的疗效。方法将46例ⅡB期宫颈癌患者分成观察组(n=32)行新辅助化疗联合手术和对照组(n=14)行直接手术。观察术前新辅助化疗的疗效,并比较两组术中出血量、盆腔淋巴结转移率及病理检查。结果观察组患者中CR3例,PR16例,有效率为59.3%。观察组中出血量、盆腔淋巴结转移率低于对照组,癌周间质细胞反应与对照组比较差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。结论新辅助化疗联合手术可以缩小肿瘤体积、降低淋巴结转移率,是有效的治疗方法。
