舒芬太尼预处理对大鼠急性胃黏膜病变组织中MDA与SOD的影响 被引量:14

摘要 目的探讨舒芬太尼预处理对大鼠急性胃黏膜病变过程中MDA与SOD的影响及其对胃黏膜的保护作用。方法36只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成6组,正常组(A组,n=6),应激组(B组,n=6),舒芬太尼预处理组(C组,n=6),CTOP干预组(D组,n=6),Naltrindole干预组(E组,n=6),nor-BNI干预组(F组,n=6)。在(20±1)℃水温下,B,C,D,E组用浸水束缚应激法复制急性胃黏膜病变模型。6h后处死取胃组织标本,10倍解剖显微镜下观察各组胃黏膜损伤指数,光学显微镜下观察各组标本组织学改变,并用比色法测定各组胃组织中MDA与SOD的含量变化。结果①B组胃黏膜呈暗红色,有大量点状出血、线状出血或片状糜烂,黏膜下血管和皮区血管充血,光镜下上皮细胞黏液层变薄、缺失,细胞间隙变大,有不同程度的坏死;C组胃腔液体呈淡黄色,黏膜出血或糜烂程度较B组明显好转,光镜下可见上皮细胞黏液层有少许缺损,但基本完整。②与B组比较,C组能显著降低急性胃黏膜损伤指数GI(P<0.05),显著降低MDA值、升高SOD值(P<0.05)。③与C组比较,E组、F组能显著升高MDA值与GI值、降低SOD值。(P<0.05)。结论舒芬太尼可通过抗氧自由基机制对大鼠急性胃黏膜病变发生保护作用,其可能与δ-、κ-阿片受体有关。
