摘要
目的探讨上消化道穿孔的非手术治疗经验。方法回顾分析68例上消化道穿孔病例非手术治疗的临床资料。结果65例上消化道穿孔病例经非手术治疗痊愈,3例因腹膜炎加重中转手术。结论对于空腹穿孔,腹膜炎症比较局限,中度症状较轻的上消化道穿孔病例,非手术治疗是一种有效稳妥的治疗方法。
Objective Discuss the non-operative treatment in acute perforation of gastric-duodenal ulcer. Methods Retrospectively analyse the clinical outcome of treatment of 68 patients with acute perforation of gastric-duodenal ulcer. Results 65 patients were cured through non-operative treatment. 3 patients underwent surgical procedure because of aggravation of peritonitis. Conclusion Non-operative treatment,is an effective way to treat patients with acute perforation of gastric-duodenal ulcer in limosis.
