冷保存的同种异体动脉移植物在活体肝移植中的应用

摘要 活体肝移植（1iving donor liver transplantation，LDLTX）是目前解决供肝短缺矛盾的有效方法之一。LDLTX术中为保证移植肝有良好的静脉流出道，许多情况下需用血管移植物重建移植肝的部分肝段静脉；20世纪70至80年代就有同种异体动脉移植物在肝移植中使用的报道，主要用于尸体供肝的动脉重建，随后血管移植物越来越多地用于肝移植的血管重建，同时也有相应的研究报道。我中心在一部分活体肝移植的肝静脉重建中采用了冷藏保存的同种异体动脉移植物，现将临床研究结果报告如下。
