摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定灵芝北芪片中腺苷的含量,以便更有效的控制其内在质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);磷酸盐缓冲液(PH6.5)-甲醇(17:3),检测波长260nm,流速1.0ml·min-1,柱温为室温。结果:腺苷在3.93～39.28mg·L-1(r=0.9999)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.5%,RSD=0.89%。结论:本法简便,灵敏,重复性好,可用于灵芝北芪片中腺苷的含量测定。
Aim To establish a method for the determination of adenosine in Lingzhi Beiqi Plan .Methods HPLC method was used . The samples were separated by VP-ODS column （150mm×4.6mm, 5μ m） ; The mobile phase was phosphate acid buffer solution （PH6.5） - methanol （17：3）, The detection wavelength was 26Onto , Flow rate was 1.0 ml.min-1 , The column temperature was Indoor temperature. Results The linear range of adenosine was3.93mg.L-1 39,28mg.L-1 （r=0.9999, n=6） .The average recovery was 99.5%, RSD=0.89%. Conclusion This method is simple, sensitive , accurate and can be used to determine the contents of adenosine in Lingzhi Beiqi Pian.
