催化动力学光度法测定食品中痕量锌的研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用α,α'-联吡啶为活化剂,锌催化过氧化氢氧化溴甲酚绿褪色的指示反应,催化光度法测定痕量锌。方法具有一定的选择性,测量的线性范围为0.10~6.0μg/L,检出限为5.6×10-11g/mL。本法可直接用于奶粉、火腿、牛肉等样品中痕量锌的测定,结果令人满意。 The catalytic effect of zinc on the decolorizing reaction resulted from the oxidation of Bromocresol green with hydrogen peroxide was found. The optimum conditions influencing the rate of the reaction were obtained. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace zinc was thus developed. The linear range of 0.10-6.0 μg/L was obtained for zinc. The detection limit is 5.6×10^-11g/mL. The method was been used to determine trace zinc in samples with satisfactory results.
