摘要
利用氨三乙酸为活化剂,锌催化过氧化氢氧化维多利亚蓝B褪色的指示反应,催化光度法测定痕量锌。方法具有一定的选择性。测量的线性范围为0.05~5.50μg·L^-1,检出限为2.6×10^-11g·mL^-1,本法可直接用于头发、茶叶、火腿、牛肉等样品中痕量锌的测定,结果令人满意。
The catalytic effect of zinc on the decolorizing reaction resulted from the oxidation of Victoria blue B with hydrogen peroxide was found. The optimum conditions influencing the rate of the reaction were obtained. A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace zinc was thus developed. The linear range of 0.05 ~5.50 μg·L^-1 was obtained for zinc. The detection limit is 2.6×10^-11g·mL^-1. The method was been used to determine trace zinc in samples with satisfactory results. The relative standard deviation was 1.14 % ~ 3.90 %.
