摘要
目的主要探讨健心颗粒对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)慢性心力衰竭(CHF)时的作用及机理。方法观察健心颗粒对15周龄SHR大鼠的血流动力学及血浆内皮素(ET-1)的影响。结果健心颗粒能提高左室内压峰值(LVSP)、左室内压力最大变化速率(LV+dp/dtmax),降低左室舒张末压(LVEDP),降低血浆内ET-1水平。结论健心颗粒能改善SHR大鼠的心脏收缩与舒张功能,抑制血浆内ET-1,进而抑制心肌肥大,逆转心室重构。
Objective To investigate the mechanism of the Jianxin granule in treating chronic heart failure (CHF) in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR). Methods The changes of hemodynamics (LVSP, LVEDP, ±dp/dtmax) and neuroendocrine indicators (ET-1,ALD) were observed in SHR rats treated with Jianxin granule. Results In high dose and middle dose groups of Jianxin granule, the LVSP and ±dp/dtmax were increased remarkably and LVEDP decreased compared with the control group, and the level of ET-1 reduced significantly. Conclusion Jianxin granule could significantly improve the myocardial contractility and relaxation in SHR and reduce the level of ET-1 to prevent ventricular remodeling.
