摘要
阐述了华能玉环电厂1000 MW超超临界锅炉的设计特点,介绍了其启动调试概况(包括锅炉化学清洗、蒸汽吹管、冷态通风试验、点火与升温升压等),和锅炉的性能考核试验.性能考核试验结果表明:锅炉运行可靠,各主要运行参数均达到了设计要求,且各项考核指标都达到或优于保证值.
The design features of the 1000 MW ultra-supercritical boiler in Yuhuan Power Plant are presented. The start up and adjustment situation including chemical cleaning, steam blowing, cold ventilating test, ignition, as well as heating up and pressure boosting are described. Performance test of the boiler was also conducted. Results show that the boiler operation is reliable, all the main operational parameters meet the design requirement, and all the check indexes meet or are better than the guarantees.
