摘要
通过乏气挡板优化调整、制粉系统动态分离器调整、一次风速和周界风调整等对某电厂600MW机组锅炉的微油点火系统运行方式进行了优化试验。结果表明,该微油点火系统简单、可靠,冷炉起动在大油枪伴燃的情况下煤粉可被点燃,飞灰可燃物可降至26%,锅炉升温升压稳定。与不采用微油点火的1号炉相比,2号炉在2次冷态起动过程中油耗明显降低,平均节油率为36.2%,节油效果显著。
To conduct optimization experiments on tiny-oil ignition system of boiler in a 600 MW unit,such optimal adjustments as on the vent air damper,milling system dynamic separator,the primary air velocity and perimeter wind were carried out.Results showed that,the tiny-oil ignition system was simple and reliable,and the pulverized coal can be ignited under cold furnace startup condition with large oil fired gun.The carbon content in fly ash was reduced to 26% and the heating-up and pressure rising rates of boiler were stable.Compared with none tiny-oil ignition,the oil consumption significantly reduced during the start up,and the average oil saving rate reached 36.2%,which was remarkable.
