摘要
利用当今世界先进的三维造型软件UG对制砖机进行精确三维造型并实现运动仿真,阐述了机构运动仿真的意义,同时指出了在UG中创建机构运动分析方案的步骤,并按照该步骤详细地阐述了实现运动仿真的过程。再现制砖机的运动过程,检验机构的运动结果是否与设计相一致,以保证设计的准确性,仿真结果显示设计是合理的,可避免发生失误。
Accurate 3D modeling and movement simulation of brick maker can be made by UG software. The significance of mechanism simulation was expounded, at the same time, the procedure of mechanism motion analysis scheme, which was created in UG, was pointed out, and then,according to it, the whole process of realizing motion simulation was expounded in detail, the whole process of the brick maker can reappeared. Whether the result of the movement is consistent with the design can be examined. Simulation results show that this design is reasonable, and available to avoid mistakes.
