淹水胁迫对美洲黑杨无性系保护酶系统的影响 被引量:21

Effects of Flooding Stress on the Activity of Cell Defensive Enzymes of Populus deltoides Clones

摘要 以美洲黑杨无性系XL-75、XL-77、XL-90、I-69及耐涝性极强的苏柳J172为对象,开展了其过氧化产物M DA及保护酶活性对淹水胁迫的响应研究.结果表明:淹水胁迫下I-69杨M DA含量较对照明显上升,XL-75、XL-77、XL-90、J-172在淹水初期M DA含量较对照略有下降,在后期出现回升的趋势;淹水15 d时,5个参试材料SOD活性与对照比较均明显下降,随着淹水胁迫程度加深,SOD活性表现为依次上升趋势,而POD变化则与SOD恰好相反,二者存在明显的补偿机制;各无性系CAT活性在淹水胁迫下总体上表现为下降的趋势;淹水30 d以内时,5个参试材料ADH活性均较对照显著提高;淹水45 d时,I-69杨ADH活性较对照下降56.9%,而XL-75、XL-77、XL-90、J172分别较对照提高970.4%、279.1%、555.2%和461.5%;不同处理下SOD、CAT相对值与总生物量相对值呈极显著正相关,且其广义遗传力分别为0.774 3、0.765 1,表明其受遗传控制程度较高,可作为不同无性系间耐涝性评价的指标. A comparative study was conducted of Populus deltoides clones XL-75, XL-77, XL-90 and ck (I-69, Salix × jiangsuensis ‘J172’ ) and the response of their inner physiological characters to flooding stress. The results show that the content o[ MDA in I=69 is significantly increased compared with the contrast and the content of MDA in XL-75, XL-77, XL-90 and J-172 in earlier time of inundation is slightly decreased compared with the contrast and increased with sustainable inundation ; that the SOD activity decreases obviously than CK in earlier time of inundation stress but the POD activity rises obviously; that with the flooding stress deepening, the SOD activity is rising one by one, the POD activity is declining one by one and both have an obvious compensation on their antioxygenation mechanism; that CAT activity in all clones under flooding stress is totally decreased compared to those with uninundation treatment; that flooding within 30 d, the ADH activity increases more obviously than CK, when flooding lasts 45 d, the ADH activity of 1-69 decreases 56. 9% compared with CK, but the ADH activity of XL-75, XL-77, XL-90 and J172 increases respectively 970. 4%, 279.1%, 555. 2% and 461. 5% compared with CK; that the relative vafue of SOD and CAT has a very remarkably positive correlation with the total biomass, and their heritabilities are 0. 774 3 and 0. 765 1 respectively; and that the variations of SOD and CAT are intensively inherited and they can be used to evaluate the flooding tolerance of Populus deboides clones.
