Effect of NaCl Stress on Lipid Peroxidation and Activity of Cell Defense Enzymes in Leaves of Cercis chinensis Seedlings

摘要 以紫荆C ercis ch inensis Bunge幼苗为材料,研究N aC l胁迫对其膜质过氧化和保护酶活性的影响.结果表明:随着盐分处理浓度的升高,丙二醛(M DA)含量、膜透性呈上升趋势,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性先上升后下降;在相同的盐分浓度下,随着处理时间的延长,膜透性呈上升趋势,M DA含量和SOD、POD、CAT活性变化没有规律.分析认为紫荆耐盐性较差,不适宜在盐碱地栽植. ALipid peroxidation and activity of cell defense enzymes in leaves of Cercis chinensis seedlings were studied under salt stress. The results show that as the salt contents increased in treatments, the content of MDA and electrolyte leakage took on an increasing trend; that the activities of SOD,POD,CAT increased at first and then decreased later; and that with the prolonging of treatment, electrolyte leakage took on an increasing trend; however, the changes of content of MDA and activities of SOD, POD,CAT were irregular. A comprehensive analysis indicates that Cercis chinensis seedlings don't adapt to salt soil stress condition.
