摘要
依据容积式压缩机验收试验的国家标准,在对压缩机各项参数的测试计算方法研究的基础上,采用LabVIEW虚拟仪器技术平台实现了一种高效的压缩机性能参数测试计算方法,重点介绍了方法的原理和计算流程,现场运行测试表明,该方法计算准确、高速、高精度,适用于压缩机参数测试计算。依此方法实现的压缩机测试系统效率高、性能可靠、使用方便。
According to the national standard of displacement compressors acceptance test, and researches on test and computation method for every parameter of compressors, a method of performance test and parameter calculation with high efficiency is realized with LabVIEW VI technology. The paper emphasizes on introducing the method principle and calculation flow. It shows with testing field running that the method has exact and fast calculation and can be used in performance test of displacement compressors. The test system of displacement compressors realized has virtues of high efficiency,reliable performance and convenient use.
