摘要
在介绍压缩机堵转性能试验台结构与功能的基础上,基于可编程序控制器设计了压缩机堵转性能试验台报警系统。分析了这一试验台报警系统的控制原理与具体功能。这一试验台报警系统可以准确判断压缩机堵转性能试验中出现的故障,及时使试验台停止运转,并提高压缩机堵转性能试验的效率。
Based on the introduction of the structure and function of the compressor stall performance test bench,the alarm system of the compressor stall performance test bench was designed based on the PLC.The control principle and specific functions of this alarm system of test bench were analyzed.This alarm system of test bench can accurately determine the faults appeared in the compressor stall performance test,stop the test bench in time,and improve the efficiency of the compressor stall performance test.
