摘要
用花粉管通道法将几种植物总DNA片段导入小麦,对变异后代5个农艺性状的遗传力、遗传变异系数及性状间的相关系数进行了估算。结果表明:株高的遗传力最大,其次为千粒重和穗长。每穗粒数和每株穗数的遗传力最小。遗传变异系数以每株穗数和千粒重最高。在相关系数方面,株高与千粒重、株高与每株穗数、穗长同每穗粒数都有极显著的遗传型正相关;株高与每穗粒数、穗长与每株穗数、每株穗数与每穗粒数、每株穗数与千粒重4对性状间存在高度负相关。本文还对这些结果在小麦育种中的应用及意义进行了探讨。
Heritability, genetic variation coefficients and correlation of five agronomic traits in wheat were investigated using wheat populations of putatively transgenic plants derived from exogenous DNA introduction via pollen tube pathway method' The highest heritability values vere found in plant height,followed by grain weight and splke length.The lowest values of heritability were found in grain number per spike and in spike num-ber per plant' The genetic variation coefficients were slightly different when estimated with different populations,the results indicate that the spike number per plant and grain weight showed higher values of genetic variation coefficients than other investigated traits. Strong positive correlation was detected between plant height and grain weight,between plant height and spike number per plant,and between spike length and grain number per spike,while strong negative correlation was found between plant height and grain number per spike,between spike length and spike number per plant,between grain number per spike,between spike length and spike number per plant,between grain num-ber per spike and spike number per plant,and between grain weight and spike number per plant. These findings could be used as reference parameters in wheat breeding,and they are also very helpful in understanding the mechanism of mutation production de-rived from total DNA production vla pollen tube pathway method.
