摘要
根据单件小批量生产企业复杂产品生产的特点,综合PERT和MRP-Ⅱ两者的优点,提出P-M计划方法。这种方法既可以对产品上层部件进行优化排程,又可以对下层零部件进行有效管理,可以较好地解决这类企业当前管理模式中PERT太粗与MRP-Ⅱ太死的矛盾。
Project evaluation and review technique (PERT) and manufacturing resource planning (MRP Ⅱ) are classical theories of production planning. The former is for project manufacturing for a long period of time,but it is relatively inaccurate. The latter, on the other hand,is for large lot production, but it is inflexible. A new P M model which combines the advantages in the PERT and MRP Ⅱ is established for project and small lot production enterprises. The new model not only optimizes upper level components but also controls the manufacture of lower level components effectively.
