知识是图书馆管理的核心。知识整合是图书馆实现可持续发展的助推剂。本文主要讨论知识整合的内涵和机制,并进一步提出通过知识分类、知识螺旋和知识用途等机制来整合图书馆知识。
Knowledge is the core of library management. Knowledge integration is the propellant in achieving sustainable development for library. The passage mainly explores the content and mechanism on knowledge integration, and puts forward some methods to integrate knowledge through knowledge classification mechanism, knowledge spiral mechanism and knowledge use mechanism.
