摘要
目的建立景天三七胶囊中没食子酸含量的测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Dia-monsil C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-0.6%磷酸溶液（12∶88）,检测波长271 nm,流速1.0 mL/min,柱温40℃。结果没食子酸线性范围为160.1-800.5 ng（r=0.999 9）;平均回收率为99.05%,RSD=0.88%（n=6）。结论所用方法简便、快速、准确。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of gallic acid in Jingtiansanqi capsules.Methods HPLC was used.The determination was performed on a Diamonsil C18（200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）column by UV detector at 271 nm with methanol-0.6% Phosphoric acid（12∶88） as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min with column temperature of 40 ℃.Results The calibration curve showed a good linearity within the range of 160.1～800.5 ng（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery was 99.05% with RSD of 0.88%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
