摘要
通过对金属带式无级变速传动带轮工作面形状与带轴向偏移的分析,阐述了产生带中心线轴向偏移的原因,提出了减小轴向偏移量的控制方法,并结合实例提出一种在常用速比范围内使带中心线轴向偏移量最小的优化方案。
Based on the analysis of the surface shape of the V sheave and the belt misalignment in the metal V belt CVT,the problems of the belt misalignment and the means to reduce it are discussed in this paper. The paper puts forward the optimum method which makes the belt misalignment minimum in the often used speed ratio range.
