摘要
学分制作为一种教学管理制度,它的实行给高校传统的学生管理工作带来了挑战。本文分析了学分制下学生管理工作面临的问题,提出以学生为本,建立一套适合学生发展的学生工作运行体制,完善学生综合评价和激励机制,建立面向全体学生的服务体系等与学分制相适应的学生管理工作措施。
As a teaching management system, credit systems brings challenges for traditional college students management. This text analyzes the problems on credit system for college students management. To set up a suitable students management systems based on students developing,perfect students entire evaluation and incentive mechanism,set up the service system to all students.
