摘要
成年Wistar大鼠32只,分为4组.分别按Alien法制成脊髓完全性(545gcf)和不完全性(21gcf)损伤模型.每种损伤模型文分别制成MNTF的实验组和盐水对照组。术后4周,分别做Glees、Nissl染色和ChAT、GFAP抗体的免疫组织化学反应,在镜下观察了运动神经元营养因子对脊髓急性撞击伤病理变化和再生的影响。结果表明:运动神经元营养因子对Allen法所致的完全性脊髓损伤修复的作用不明显,但对不完全性脊髓损伤具有局限脊髓空洞、促进瘢痕愈合和神经再生的作用。
The effects of motoneuronotrophic factor(MNTF, 35 kD) on the spinal cord trauma was studied on 32 adult Wis-tar rats divided into 4 groups. The experimental model of cornplete (545 gcf) and incompleted (2l8 gcf) spinal cord trauma was made by means of Allen's method, and the MNTF experiment and control (salt solution) were rnade respectively. Four weeks after operation, Glees, Nissl staining and ChAT, GFAP immunohistochemical staining were used. The result sug-gested that the MNTF might promote the nerve regeneration in incornpleted spinal cord trauma,but un fortunately, there is no distinct effect on the complete trauma of spinal cord.
