摘要 针对AE2000型过程控制实验装置,采用VB语言开发了一套液位控制系统.使用DirectX8.1描绘控制的实时曲线,同时将实时数据显示在界面上,采用ActiveX技术封装用VB语言实现的控制算法,使得控制算法的添加变得简单易行.另外,还设计开发了一个网络接口,以便实现和WEB端通讯.所开发的系统界面友好,操作简单,人机交互性强.用户可以选择不同的显示对象,获得相应对象的实时数据.最后,以遇限削弱PID控制算法为例进行了实验研究,实验结果验证了所开发系统的有效性和实用性. The liquid-level control system is developed by using the VB Language based on the AE2000 module process control equipment. The real-time control data curves are depicted by using the DirectXS. 1 technique, while the real-time data are shown on the interface. The ActiveX technique is used to encapsulate the control algorithm which is realized by the VB language. It makes the control algorithm much easy and flexible to add new control algorithms. In addition, a network interface is also designed to realize the communication with WEB interface. The developed system provides a good interface and a well-designed human-computer interaction. Users can choose different objects to get corresponding real-time data. The ameliorated integral anti-windup PID control algorithm is adopted in the experimental study. The results demonstrate that the designed liquid-level control system is effective and practical.
