温度、时间及溶血对全血标本中NSE测定的影响 被引量:12

摘要 【目的】神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)测定受多种因素影响。本实验主要探讨标本保存温度、时间及溶血对NSE测定的影响。【方法】采用电化学发光法,分别对正常组,肺部良性疾病组和肺癌组各10例的每人双份血液标本分别在4℃和25℃下放置0 h,3 h,6 h再进行NSE水平测定;分别对正常者、慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者、小细胞肺癌患者各1例的不同浓度的溶血标本进行测定,计算溶血产生的血红蛋白与NSE含量的关系。【结果】在不同温度下,放置不同时间,NSE水平有显著性差异(P<0.05);但在4℃下3 h与6 h无显著性差异;3例受检者因溶血每增加1 g血红蛋白就可分别测定出29.28,25.66,36.47μg/L的NSE。【结论】NSE的测定会因溶血,测定时间的延长以及保存温度的增高而使结果偏高。 [Objective] To study the changes of neuron-specific enolase(NSE) at different storage temperatures, detection times and hemolysis. [MethodslThe level of NSE was measured in 30 patients with 10 normal people,10 lung benign diseases and 10 lung cancer which the specimens were stored at 4℃ or 25℃ for Oh, 3h and 6h. The levels of NSE with different concentrations of hemoglobin (Hb) were measured in 1 normal person, 1 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and 1 small cell lung cancer (SCLC). [Results]There were significant differences in the levels of NSE at different storage temperatures and detection times. But there was no notable difference in the levels of NSE at 4℃ for 3h or 6h . The levels of NSE in the 3 hemolytic samples which were added lg Hb were 29. 28,25.66,36. 47μg/L, respectively. [ConclusionlThe levels of NSE may change depending on different storage temperatures, detection times and hemolysis.
