摘要
阐述医院业务流程及构建流程型组织的要求,分析流程型组织的结构特点,确定组织影响绩效的关键因素,从多个角度分析流程型组织对医院绩效的影响,探索体现医院发展战略,提高医院绩效管理水平,完善绩效考核体系的新型组织模式。
This paper elaborated the hospital business process, analyzed the structure characteristics of the process oriented organization, made sure to organize influence performance of key factor, from several-rated analyzed the relativity of the process oriented organizations and the hospital performance.The quest carries out the hospital development request. Carrying out organization strategy, raising the hospital performance management level, the perfect results investigates the new mode of the system.
