摘要
从当前师范毕业生就业存在的主要问题及原因入手,提出解决师范毕业生就业的新途径——"定单式"人才培养模式,分析了其优势,即能够从区域师资需求出发,规划人才流向;能够准确把握教育用人单位的脉搏,针对性强;能够实现高校和教育用人单位的有机衔接,提高教育质量;能够规范教育用人单位以师范毕业生能力为衡量标准,各取所需,进而论述了推行新模式的具体措施。
After an analysis of the causes for the employment problem for normal university graduates, the solution is pointed out as the cooperative education, for cooperative education has the following edges： it distributes the flow of talents according to lacal needs; it helps to find out what the employers want;it improves teaching and learning efficiency; and it helps employers to hire on the basis of competence rather than on other factors. Specific measures to carry out cooperative education in normal universities are presented.
