抗苗勒氏管激素与男性不育的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测男性不育患者血清抗苗勒氏管激素(AMH)水平,以探讨其与男性不育的相关性,进而丰富男性不育的实验室诊断方法。方法采用ELISA法在酶标仪上定量测定血清AMH水平。结果60例男性不育患者血清标本中,有17例抗苗勒氏管激素水平超出参考范围;而正常对照组20例标本仅1例结果超出参考范围。结论实验结果表明:抗苗勒氏管激素与男性不育存在高度的相关性,此提示AMH可作为男性不育的实验室诊断指标,AMH与这些病例的发病机制有内在的关联性,应进一步深入研究;精液常规结果提示AMH升高者的病情有比AMH正常者病情严重的趋势,因此,AMH亦可作为判断男性不育病情严重程度的一项指标。 Objective Analyzing serum anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) level in male patients with aearpia to investigate AMH' s correlation with male acarpia and enrich the methods of laboratory diagnosis about the disease, Methods Quantificationally measuring AMH level by ELISA instmmem. Results 17 cases whose AMH level exceed reference range among 60 male patients with acarpia, on the contrary, only 1 case exceeds reference range in 20 cases of normal group. Conclusion The results indicate that AMH has high correlation with male acarpia and may be related to the pathogenesis of some male acarpia, which should be researched deeply in future,furthermore,AMH can be used as one item of laboratory diagnosis;Results of sperm routine assay reveal that the patients with higher AMH level have tendency whose state of illness is more severe when compared with the patients with normal AMH level, therefore,AMH also can be used as one item to estimate severity of male acarpia.
