摘要
垂体前叶功能减退症是垂体前叶激素分泌不足引起的临床综合征,其发病原因众多,临床表现差异大,诊断及鉴别诊断困难,儿童与成人患者特点不同。常见的发病原因有垂体肿瘤、颅脑外伤、头颈部放疗、各种感染、异常出生史、遗传因素等。诊断及鉴别诊断有赖于临床医师对该病的警觉意识及相关辅助检查。其治疗主要是激素替代治疗。
Hypopituitarism is a clinical syndrome characterized by deficiency of anterior pituitary hormones.The causes of the disease vary as well as the clinical manifestations,putting difficulties to its diagnosis and differential diagnosis.The characteristics vary between children and adult patients.Pituitary tumors,traumatic brain injury,head and neck radiotherapy,various infections,abnormal birth history and genetic factors are included in the causes of this disease.The diagnosis and differential diagnosis depend mainly on the awareness of the physicians and auxiliary examinations.Hormone replacement therapy is the main treatment.
