摘要
以广州体育学院为个案,从专业建设和发展思路、人才培养目标和规格、人才培养模式、课程设置、实践环节教学和专业特色等方面对休闲体育专业人才培养问题进行了思考。认为:专业建设和发展首先要确定专业的定位问题,专业定位要适应社会需求、依托学校特色、以生为本。大学要培养的是社会需要的人才,社会的未来发展是人才培养的基点,休闲体育专业应努力构建"宽专业、厚基础、强能力、高素质"的人才培养目标,培养具有扎实的基础知识、理论知识,具有较强专业实践能力和创新精神的外向型、复合型、应用型专业人才。注重学生综合能力的培养,侧重于实践性和应用性,以能力为基础,从职业岗位的需要出发,设置课程,组织教学内容。休闲体育专业特色可概括为面向未来,引领发展,服务社会,培养高素质应用型休闲体育专门人才。
By taking Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education for example, the authors contemplated the issue of the cultivation of leisure sports professionals in such aspects as specialty construction and development ideas, objectives and specifications of professional cultivation, modes of professional cultivation, curriculum setup, practical teaching and specialty features, and put forward the following opinions： for specialty construction and development, specialty orientation should be first determined, and the specialty should be orientated to adapting to social needs, relying on scholastic features, and basing on students; what institutes of higher learning need to cultivate are professionals needed by the society; future development of the society is the base point for professional cultivation; the leisure sport specialty should try to establish the objective of cultivating professionals with ＂extensive expertise, profound foundation, strong capability and high caliber＂, and to cultivate extroverted, complex and application type professionals who have solid basic knowledge, theoretical knowledge, strong capability of specialized practice, and innovative spirit; the curriculum should be set up and teaching contents should be organized by focusing on the cultivation of student＇s comprehensive capability, emphasizing practicability and applicability, basing on capability, and adapting to the needs of occupational posts; the feature of the leisure sports specialty can be summed up as cultivating high caliber application type leisure sports professionals for leading developments and serving the society in the future.
