摘要
为解决工序能力评价中存在的问题,充分利用过程检验数据的优势,对现行的工序能力评价方法进行分析,提出了新的工序能力评价技术指标Cak和■。结果表明,用过程检验数据来评价过程能力,不仅提高工序能力评价结论的可靠性和可比性,而且能够避免资源浪费,实现对过程的实时监控。
In order to solve problems in the evaluation of process capability（EPA）and exploit advantages of utilizing process inspection data,current means of EPA were analyzed.New technique indexes for EPA including Cak and were proposed.Resuits indicated that the reliability and comparability of EPA through process inspection data were both enhanced.Waste of resources was avoided and real-time control could be performed.
