摘要
为评价在制品加工过程中的质量稳定程度,提高卷烟卷制过程中的质量稳定性控制水平,以方差分析、统计假设检验等为手段,对卷烟的质量指标和过程参数进行差异显著性分析,以显著性水平来量化卷烟卷制质量的稳定程度。结果表明,卷烟卷制质量的波动根源主要来自于来料烟丝结构的差异;烟丝结构的差异主要为批次间的波动和机台间的差异。减少机台间来料烟丝结构的差异和批次间烟丝结构的波动可稳定提高卷烟的卷制质量。
In order to find a new statistical method for in processing and raising the level of quality control in ficance of quality variables and process parameters was evaluating the quality consistency of tobacco cigarette manufacturing, the difference signi- analyzed with variance analysis and statistical hypothesis test, and the degree of quality consistency in cigarette manufacturing was quantified with the significance level. The results showed that the fluctuation of cigarette manufacturing quality stemmed mainly from the difference in cut tobacco structure between different batches and cigarette making machines. The quality consistency could be improved by minimizing the difference of cut tobacco structure between different cigarette makers and the fluctuation of cut tobacco structure between different batches.
