摘要
介绍了以生产香兰素主要副产物Ｎ，Ｎ—二甲基对苯二胺为原料，通过缩合、闭环等反应，以７５％总收率合成了标题化合物。元素分析、色谱－质谱联用、红外光谱及′ＨＮＭＲ谱等鉴定结果证明，该合成的化合物是一种纯度高，熔点为１５４℃～１５５℃的红棕色针状晶体，分子结构式为：
The title compound was synthesized in the total yield of 75% by condensation and cyclization and using N,N-dimethyl-p-phenylene-diamine of vanillin′s by-product as raw materials.It has been proved that the compound is red-brown needlelike crystals of high purity and mp=154℃～155℃ and the molecular structural formula is OONNCH3CH3by elementary analysis,infra-red spectrum,GC-MS and ′H NMR spectrum.
