摘要
对"三农"问题的认识不能仅仅停留在经济层面上,而应该上升到政治的高度。"三农"问题绝不是一个简单的经济问题,而是一个重要的政治问题。"三农"问题的症结在于长期性的要素性资源单向流动,尤其是劳动力单向流动,是导致"三农"问题长期化的根本原因。
Thinking for issue of ＂three agriculture＂ should not merely stay on economic level, but be enhanced to political level. It is not simple economic issue but important political one. The problem for the ＂three agriculture＂ is long-term one-way circulation of elemental resources, especially labor one-way circulation is the fundamental reason contributing to ＂three agriculture＂ .
