冰片对大鼠离体心脏冠脉流量的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过观察冰片对大鼠离体心脏冠脉流量的影响,判断冰片能否直接作用于心肌组织扩张冠状动脉,其作用的靶点是否在心肌。方法Wistar大鼠,随机分为3组,分别为溶剂组、冰片组、丹七组,应用Langendorff系统进行离体心脏恒压灌流,冰片组按0.4 mg/心脏给药、丹七组按20 mg∶30 mg/心脏一次性给药,记录给药前及给药后10 min内冠脉流量变化情况。结果恒压灌流条件下,溶剂组和冰片组给药前后冠脉流量保持稳定,丹七组有使冠脉流量增加作用,给药后冠脉流量升高相对值为20.34%,与溶剂组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论冰片本身未能升高大鼠离体心脏冠脉流量,其作用可能在于促进丹参、三七的吸收,增加丹参、三七血药浓度。 Objective It is to judge that Borneol can immediately affect on cardiac muscle tissue to expand coronary artery or not and the action target point is on cardiac muscle or not through observing the influence of Borneol on coronary flow of isolated hearts in rats, Methods Wistar rats were randomly divided into solvent group, Borneol group and Danqi group. Iso- lated hearts uniform pressure perfusion was proceeded with Langendorff system. Borneol group was administered at 0.4 mg/ heart. Danqi group was administered at 20 mg:30 mg/heart. The changes of coronary flow were recorded before and after treatment 10 min. Results Under the condition of uniform pressure perfusion, the coronary flow of solvent group and Borneol group kept stabilization before and after treatment, that in Danqi group was increased and the relative magnitude of heightening was 20.34 % , and there was significant difference among the three groups (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Borneol itself can not heighten coronary flow of isolated hearts in rats. The action may be promoting the absorption of Salvia miltiorrhiza and Radix Notoginseng and increasing the blood drug level of them.
