摘要
将不同浓度的Zn2+加入鸡腿菇JM-08的发酵液中,研究其对菌丝体生长的影响。结果表明,不同浓度的Zn2+对菌丝体生物量、富集Zn2+量以及POD活性均有促进作用,且与对照组达到显著性差异(P<0.05)。当Zn2+浓度为200mg·L-1时,菌丝体生物量和POD活性均达到最大值,Zn2+浓度为300mg·L-1时,菌丝体Zn2+含量达到最大值。
Influence of different Zn^2+ concentration to mycelia growth of Coprinus comatus was studied by adding Zn^2+ to fermentation liquid of C. comatus JM-08. The results demonstrated that different Zn^2+ concentration could accelerate mycelia output, accumulation of Zn^2+, POD activity and the difference between the treatment and control was remarkable (P〈0.05). Mycelia output and POD activity achieved maximum when Zn^2+ concentration was 200mg·L^-1, and accumulation of Zn^2+ achieved maximum when Zn^2+ concentration was 300mg·L^-1.
