摘要
本研究报导了液体深层培养金针菇(FlammulinavelutipesNJ9601)的富硒能力和生物转化。在添加5~125(×10-6)硒的范围内,菌丝体富硒的范围为8.2~90.2(×10-6);添加20(×10-6)时,菌丝体吸收率最高,为对照的184%,此时菌体生长、可溶性蛋白质、氨基酸、多糖等含量均高于对照组。无机硒经菌体吸收、代谢、转化,其有机化程度在75%以上,分布在硒蛋白(占64.1%),硒多糖(占11.2%)。用反相高效液相色谱法定量分析硒蛋氨酸含量。用富硒金针菇粉和剩余培养液分别饲养蚯蚓,其产量可提高30%以上。从饲养的蚯蚓提取分离获得的蚓激酶产率提高20%。
In this paper, we report the ability of Flammulina uelutipes NJ9601, which cultivated in deep-liquid culture, to gather selenium and its biotransformation. When the selenium added to the culture is 5~125 (×10 -6 ), selenium contained in the hyphostroma is 8 2~90 2(×10 -6 ). When the selenium added to the culture is 20(×10 -6 ), the hyphostroma have the most selemium, which is 184% times more than that in the control. The dissoluble proteins, amino acids, polysaccharides in the hyphostroma wrer all more than those in the control groups. About 75% of nonorganic selenium that absorbed into the hyphostroma were transformed into organic selenium, which can be found in Se-proteins (64.1%), Se-polysaccharides(11.2%) and so on. The contents of Se-Met were quantitatively measured by reverse-high performance liquid chromotography. Applying the powders of Flammulina velutipes rich in selenium and the second-hand liquid cultures to earthworms, we found that the yield of earthworms could increase by 30% or more. And the yield of the fibrinolytic enzymes extracted from earthworms can increase by 20% or more. In this way, we open a new, comprehensive way to utilize Flammulina velutipes rich in selenium.
