摘要
从患出血症的大菱鲆体内分离到5株菌,编号为L-0603314、L-0603442、L-0603431、L-0603121、L-0603241。采用肌肉注射的方法进行人工感染,每尾注射0.05 ml,菌浓度为108cfu/ml和109cfu/ml;采用K-B法用青霉素、环丙沙星、四环素、呋喃妥因、红霉素、庆大霉素、链霉素7种药敏纸片对确定病原性的菌株进行抗生素敏感试验,同时进行生理生化特性研究。结果显示,L-0603121菌株为3.0×108cell/ml时只引起个别试验个体轻微症状,1.0×109cell/ml可造成100%感染率,40%死亡率,可确定L-0603121菌株为引起大菱鲆出血症的致病菌株。药敏试验表明,L-0603121株菌对庆大霉素、红霉素、链霉素、呋喃妥因敏感。根据形态观察、生理生化特征等试验结果,确定L-0603121株菌为副溶血弧菌。
Five bacterial strains numbered L-0603314, L-0603442, L-0603431, L-0603121 and L-0603241 were isolated from diseased turbot Scophthalmus maximus by musclular injection at a dose of 0.5 rnl per fish containing 3.0 × 10^8 cells/ml and 1.0 × 10^9 cells/ml. The sensitive test of antibiotic was done by using sensitive scrip of antibiotics including penicillin, tetoacyclinum, nitrofurantoinum, erythromycinum, gentamycinum and streptomycinum. The physiological and biochemical characteristics of the pathogenic bacterium that had been confirmed revealed that the strain L-0603121 made several individuals showed slight symptoms in 3.0 × 10^8 cell/ml, but led to an infection rate of 100% and a mortality of 40% in 1.0 × 10^9cell/ml , indicating that the strain L - 0603121 was identified as Vibrio parahaemolyticus in V. pacini in V. naceae veron. Sensitive test of antibiotic manifests showed that the strain L-0603121 was sensitive to gentamycinum, erythromycinum, strptomycinum and nitrofurantoinum.
