摘要
文章以某三级医院建立和完善医疗质量内控体系的实践为例,阐述了现代医院质量理念,指出医院应将构建完善的医疗质量内控体系作为加强质量管理的关键。
Medical quality of hospital is concerned by public. The modem ideas of the medical quality management and the nature of medical services require hospital enhancing health quality by improving a appropriate internal control system of quality as the key of quality management of hospital. By establishing organization, implementing work duties routinely at all levels, improving methods of the management, working out more practical clinical service standard according the regulation and optima/work flow, Huashan Hospital established the internal control system of quality as the key point of health quality management. On the basis of these methods, the hospital have carried out the assessment of health quality effectively, levels of hospital＇s medical quality are on the rise.
