摘要
从蛇床子中提取抑制黄瓜枯萎菌的活性成分,正交优选提取条件,并在不同浓度下测定其抑制效果。结果表明,在室温下,95%乙醇连续超声提取3次,每次45 min为宜;当提取物浓度为10 mg/mL时,菌丝生长抑制率达78.65%;浓度大于100 mg/L时,孢子萌发抑制率为100%;浓度为8 mg/mL时,相对防效为40.95%。
The orthogonal optimized extracting conditions for the active ingredient of inhibition to Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cucumerinum from Fructus cnidii were studied. The inhibitory effects of the active ingredient at different concentrations of F. cnidii extracts on cucumber fusarium wilt were tested. The results showed that the optimized extracting conditions were 95 % ethanol as impregnant and continuous ultrasonic extraction for three times, each with 45 minutes at room temperature. Its inhibitory rate to mycelial growth was 78.65 % at the concentration of 10 mg/ mL, and its inhibition rate to spore germination was 100% at the concentration of 100 mg/L and above. The relative control effect was 40.95 % at the concentration of 8 mg/mL.
