AL型小麦雄性不育恢复基因Rz的遗传研究初报 被引量:1

A Preliminary RePort on Genetics of Restoring Gene "Rz" for AL-typic Male Sterile Cytoplasm in Wheat ( Triticum aestivum L. )

摘要 本文研究了普通小麦AL型雄性不育系ms(AL)-百农792,恢复系百农86T2026及其杂种F_2群体的育性及株高等数量性状,并用生物统计方法进行了遗传分析。初步确定:①恢复源来自郑州78303,具有AL型不育胞质的恢复系百农86T2026的恢复基因属单基因完全显性遗传,且恢复力强,恢复系百农86T2026决定育性的遗传结构为(S)RzRz,不育系ms(AL)-百农792决定育性的遗传结构为(S)rzrz;②Rz恢复基因对每株穗数、穗长和总小穗数无一因多效性,也无连锁遗传关系;③ms(AL)-百农792与百农86T2026在株高上存在三对部分显性的等效独立遗传基因的差异,基因型分别记作A_1A_1a_2a_2a_3a_3和a_1a_1A_2A_2A_3_3A_3;④Rz恢复基因与某高秆基因Ai(i=2或3)有部分连锁遗传关系,但易于打破,Rz基因对株高亦无一因多效性。Rz基因特别利于转育AL型恢复系和配制杂交小麦。 Investgations on fertility, plant height, number of ears per plant, ear length and total number of sp ike lets of AL-typ ic male sterile line ms ( AL ) -BN792, restoring line BN86T2026 and their fitial generation F2 in wheat ( Triticum aestivum L . ) are carried out. The tentative results are as follov. s : Restoring gene'Rz'of BN86T2026 which has the AL-typic cytoplasm and whose restoring gene 'Rz' is from 'Zhengzhou 78303' , is a single en tire ly-dominent great-restoring gene. The genetic structure of fertility of ms(AL)-BN702 is [S] rzrz ,and that of B,\86T2026 is [SJ RzRz.ms(AL) -BN792 is different from BN86T2026 in 3-double patiaily-dominant independent polymeric genes controlling plant height. The genotypes of plant height of ms ( AL ) -BN792 and BNg6T2026 are A1A1a2a2a3a3 and a1a1A2 A2 A3 A3 respactively . Restoring gene 'Rz' and male sterile gene 'rz' have neither pleiotropy to plant height, number of ears per plant, ear length and total number of spike lets per ear, nor linkage with number of ears per plant, ear length and total number of spike lets per ear . But, genes 'Rz' and 'rz' are patially linked to high-plan i- height gene A2 ( orA3 ) and dwarf gene a2 (or a3 ) respactively . So restoring gene 'Rz' is very useful in breeding AL-typic restoring lines and producing hybrids ( F1. ) of wheat.
