摘要
了解医院ADR报表填报质量以及ADR发生的特点和规律，为更有成效地开展ADR监测工作，促进临床合理用药提供参考。采用回顾性分析方法，对医院2005年1月～2007年12月上报的166例ADR报告进行分析，在ADR监测工作已取得明显性进展的同时，报告的质量与分析药品不良反应的水平仍有待提高。
To know the quality about ADR reports and have a better understanding about ADR rules and characteristics, we can have a more effective system to monitor ADR phenomenon and give someadvices to promote reasonable medicine in clinic treatment. According to Retrospection Analyzing Method, we analyze 166 ADR reports which happened from January 2005 to December 2007 in our hospital. We have made a great progress in ADR work in our hospital, however, we still have to pay more attention about the analyzing ability and quality of the reports.
