摘要
目的:建立茯苓中去氢土莫酸HPLC含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack C_(18)(150 mm×6.0 mm,10μm),流动相:乙腈-四氢呋喃-5%醋酸(65:3:32),流速:1.0 ml.min^(-1),检测波长:242 nm。结果:去氢土莫酸在0～0.8μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率98.6%,RSD 2.3%。结论:该方法分离效果好、准确、重复性好,可用于茯苓的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method for determination the content of dehydrotumulosic acid in poria cocos. Method： The Shim-pack C18 column （ 150 mm ×6.0 mm, 10 μm） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-tetrahydrofuran - 5% acetic acid（65： 3： 32） , the flow rate was 1.0ml·min^-1, and detection wavelength was at 242 nm. Result： Dehydrotumulosic acid showed a fine linear relationship within the range of 0.1 -0.8μg （r = 0.999 8 ）, the average recovery was 98.6% , RSD = 2.3%. Conclusion： The method shows good separating resuh, accuracy and reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of poria cocos.
