摘要
骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrowmesenchymal stem cells,MSCs)能通过取代缺血坏死的心肌细胞,在损伤区域形成新生血管,修复损伤的细胞外基质,分泌各种细胞因子、细胞活素(旁分泌作用)等作用机制来治疗心血管疾病,MSCs将成为心血管疾病治疗最有前途的"种子"干细胞。
Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have the capability of replacing dead eardiomyoeytes, inducing revaseularization of the injured region, repairing the extracellular matrix, releasing soluble factors and therefore preventing deleterious pathological remodeling in cardiovascular diseases. MSCs will become the most promising "seed" stem cells in treating cardiovascular diseases.
