摘要
区域经济法的产生及其存在的价值,在于克服区域经济的市场失灵和政府失灵,为区域经济协调发展和可持续发展提供制度保障。区域经济法是由区域经济基本法和区域经济管理机构组织法、经济区划法、区域经济规划法、区域经济协调发展法、区域经济合作法、反区域经济垄断和反区域不正当竞争法、区域经济可持续发展法、特别经济区法等区域经济部门法所构成的有机联系的体系。
The essay makes an academic analysis on regional economic law and considers that,as an organically connected system constituted by related laws,the creation and value of regional economic law is to overcome market failure and government failure,and to provide institutional protection for sustainable development.
