柑桔裂皮病类病毒RT-PCR检测体系优化分析 被引量:3

摘要 柑桔裂皮病是由柑桔裂皮类病毒(Citrus exocortis viroid,CEVd)引起的.柑桔裂皮病严重阻碍了柑桔的高产优质生产,对柑桔产业已造成严重威胁.根据其特异性引物,采用RT-PCR方法对CEVd进行检测,并对RT-PCR体系中主要成分进行不同浓度的试验研究,从而对该体系进行优化.优化的检测体系具有简便、快速、灵敏、成本低等优点. Citrus exocortis desease is caused by Citrus exocortis viroid (CEVd). Citrus exocortis desease badly threatens the citrus industry. In this paper, we use special primers for citrus exocortis viroid to establish a RTPCR detection and study the main ingredients of RT and PCR systems, and then optimize this system.The optimized detection system has such advantages as convenience, high speed, sensitivity and low cost.
