摘要
本文把技术创新人才在经营环境基本相同的企业间的流动视为随机现象,运用随机过程及马尔可夫链的理论,建立技术创新人才流动变化的随机模型,适用于短期和中长期人才预测以及实际人才流动的控制。
This paper takes technological innovation human resources motivation between enterprises which have the basic same condition of business as random phenomenon. By applying the theory of stochastic processes and Markov Chain, sets up a stochastic model on technological innovation human resources motivation. The model is suitable in talented people forecast in short-term and medium as well as long-term, and control of actual talented person.
