摘要
具有特殊生理活性的r—亚麻酸(GLA)为月见草种子油所特有。为开发月见草这一新油料植物资源,本文对拉马克月见草茎的解剖构造进行了研究。其结构分表皮层、皮层和维管柱三部分。表皮层上有表皮细胞、单细胞腺毛、单细胞表皮毛、多细胞表皮毛和毛茛型气孔,皮层较窄,同化层3—5层细胞,皮层薄壁组织中有针晶细胞,皮层外周由3—5层厚角组织细胞构成连续层,内皮层不显著;维管柱与皮层的界限难以划分。幼茎中初生维管组织排列成束,为双韧维管束。韧皮部合有筛管、伴细胞和韧皮薄壁组织细胞。横切面上筛管与伴细胞常聚集成小堆。内生韧皮部含有较多的针晶细胞。次生生长时,外生韧皮部的外方有成束分布的韧皮纤维。木质部由管导、管胞、木薄壁组织细胞和木纤维组成。老茎的维管组织排列成圆筒形。具单列和多列维管射线。髓大型。
The γ-linseed acid(GLA)having the special physiological active function was only found out in theseed oil of Oenothera Lamarhinana Ser.In this paper,the anatomical structure of the stem of O.Lamarkinana Ser has been studied for the development of the new vegetative oil resours of O.Lamarkinana Ser.In structure,the stem of O.Lamarkinana Ser is divided into three parts including epidermis,cortex,and vasclar bundle.Epidermis have epidermis chlls,nuicellular glandular hairs and epidermis hairs,multicellular epidermis hairs and anamocytic type stomata.Assimilation layer have 3-5 layers of cells,there are raphides in the parenchyma of the cortex which is narrow,3-5 layers of angular collen-chyma cells
constitute a continuous layer of exodermis,endodermis eannot be observed,to dertermine the limits between vascular cytinder and cortex is difficult.The primary vascular tissue which is bicollateral vascular bundle in the young stem arranges in a bundle.There are sieve tubes,companion cells and phloem parenchyma cells in phloem.The sieve tubes and the companion cells always get internal phloem.When secondary growing,the phloem fibres in bundles arrange in a bundle in the periphfry of external phloem.Xylem fibres.In the old stem,the vascular tissues which have uniseriate and multiseriate vascular rays and the pilh is large in cylinder.
