摘要
基于我国高校开展专利工作时间短,经验浅的形势,分析和讨论了我国高校专利管理体系不够健全,管理制度仍需完善;专利申请量快速增长,但申请质量不高;专利转化率低等问题。在此基础上,提出了提高知识产权管理水平、加强专利转化和实施的运作模式。
Given that Chinese universities have been engaged in patent for a short period and lack experience, and aiming at dealing with imperfection of systematic patent management, the systematic patent management needs to be improved. Applications have been increasing sharply. However the qualities of the applications are not high enough and conversion rate is low,which are analyzed respectively. On the basis of the above,the operation models of improving intellectual property management, strengthening patent conversion and implementation are proposed.
