摘要
为了解海南省囊虫病的感染情况和流行特征，采用猪囊尾蚴皮试、酶联免疫吸附试验（以下简称皮试、酶标），结合现场询问登记的方法，对既往报告猪带绦虫病感染较重的中部地区毛阳镇三个黎族自然村居民进行囊虫病血清流行病学调查，共调查306人，结果皮试阳性37人，酶标检查阳性15人，囊虫病免疫学阳性率2．3％，但未见有明显囊虫病症状者，调查结果提示该地区存在较严重的囊虫病感染，主要以无临床症状的隐性感染为主。
To obtain the infectious status and epidemiological features of cysticercus cellulosae in Hainan Province, a serological survey on cysticercus cellulosae infection was conducted in Manyan town of Hainan Province by immunological examination combining with a pretested questionnaire.Of 306 residents, 37 residents' cysticercus skin tests were positive, 15 residents' ELISA tests were positive. The immunological positive rate was 2. 3%. All the residents with the immunological test positive had no clinical symptoms. The study suggested that the higher infection rate of cysticercus cellulosae existed, but the occult infection of clinical symptomless was the main character of the cysticercosis in the area.
